Lakeview Residential Builders at 482 Warren Road, Coldwater, Michigan.

Avoid this contractor. We hired them to fix tresses and to level our mobile home on Long Lake. The owner appeared knowledgeable. We also considered doing a "roof over" and had other estimates. We agreed to terms or so I thought. The owner sent his son to do the work. He did not have materials and showed up at 11. He left at 3. I questioned why he did not level the trailer before fixing the tresses. He said it would not matter.
He said he would return the next day to completd the work. It was going to storm so I asked if he wanted help putting the pardical board inside. He said it would be fine to cover it since he had to go. I moved all the pieces inside by myself.
I was unable to be there the following day. They level was fine buthe did not finish the room inside.
He had to hire another contractor to finsh who stated the obvious that the leveling should have been done firsr!
The owner would not return any calls or emails. DO NOT USE!!!
